Plans can change.
Draft cancellation and rescheduling policy. Production terms require review.
Changing your reservation
Online rescheduling or cancellation is available at least 48 hours before the appointment, subject to the venue’s posted policy. Changes depend on availability. Within 48 hours, contact the operator for individual review.
Temporary holds
Unpaid checkout holds expire after 15 minutes and release inventory. Do not pay an expired request. A payment detected after expiration is routed for operational review and does not automatically restore the reservation.
Refund requests
A cancellation does not itself send a refund. Request a refund through your account when a received payment is recorded. Staff must review eligibility, destination ownership, applicable fees, and the verified original transaction.
Event cancellation
If a real event is cancelled, the operator must notify registered customers and review refunds according to the final published policy. Network fees and exchange-rate differences require explicit disclosure.
Refund processing
Refund requests are reviewed separately from cancellations. Any approved transfer must be reconciled with the original verified payment and sent through an authorized wallet process.
